Almost no cookies. Here is the full list.
Sparky's marketing site uses the minimum technology needed to work. No advertising cookies. No cross-site tracking.
What we use on sparky.ai
Strictly necessary
A small set of first-party storage (local storage and a cookie or two) that the website needs to function: remembering the language you chose and preventing waitlist-form spam. These cannot be disabled because the site would not work properly without them. No personal information is read or stored beyond what you actively type into a form.
Aggregate analytics
None at the moment. The site currently runs no third-party analytics, no fingerprinting, and no cross-site tracking. If we add a privacy-respecting tool later (we would pick something like Plausible, Fathom, or Vercel Analytics), it will be named here before the first page view is measured, and a granular consent prompt will be added for EU and UK visitors.
Advertising cookies
None. We do not run ad networks, retargeting pixels, or social-media trackers on this site. If we ever add a paid-ads pixel, it would only sit on landing pages specifically used for paid traffic and would be disclosed here in advance.
On the Sparky device
The Sparky cube itself does not use web cookies. It is not a browser. Communication with our servers uses encrypted API calls and per-device authentication tokens. See the privacy page for what data is sent and how it is handled.
Your choices
- You can block non-essential cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work.
- Browser-level "Do Not Track" and the new Global Privacy Control signal will be honored when the production product ships.
