Joining the Sparky waitlist is free and does not commit you to anything. Here is exactly what that means, in eight short points.

It is free
Joining the waitlist costs nothing. We do not collect payment details on this site. We do not authorize a card. We do not place a hold. We do not take a deposit. If anyone ever tells you a payment is required to be on the Sparky waitlist, please write to us — it is not us.
It is not a contract
Joining the waitlist is not a purchase agreement, not a pre-order in the legal sense, and not a binding offer from either side. It is a request from you to be notified, and a commitment from us to do our best to notify you in order.
No guarantee of delivery
Sparky is in development. We may change the product, change the price, delay the launch, ship in limited regions first, or — if we conclude the product is not right — not ship at all. A position number you see on this site (e.g. "your spot #142") is an order signal we use to plan production. It is not a reservation of inventory and not a promise of delivery.
Your data
We collect only what you type into the form (your name, your email, the age ranges of your kids, and an optional free-text note) and the small amount of technical metadata needed to run the site safely. We do not sell it, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to profile a child. Full details are on the privacy page.
Leaving the waitlist
You can leave the waitlist at any time. Either use the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or write one line to hello@sparky.ai with the email address you used. We will delete your record within 30 days of the request and confirm by email.
If things change
If we open real pre-orders or sales, that will happen on a separate, clearly priced checkout with its own terms. We will not silently turn a waitlist signup into a purchase. If we materially change how the waitlist itself works, we will email the people on it before the change takes effect.
